Police officer, father of 3 very picky eaters, and husband to an awesome baker. Smoked pork shoulder, smoked chicken, salmon, off the top of my head recipes. Just about anything grilled. Don't really have any, my mom burnt everything!! Provided the meats for a 60 person party and everyone raved. Three awesome thanksgiving turkeys too! It's 2 years later and the kids are still bringing up that Chicken Francais that I completely destroyed. Other than that one ther are way too many to mention. LOL But that's part of the fun too.
