Portuguese Sweet Bread I
Great recipe. I have made this recipe as is, and thought the dough was too sticky. I also like a little more sweetness. Here's how I have adapted the recipe for us -- used 3 1/2 - 3 3/4 sifted bread flour, upped the sugar to 1/2 cup and upped the butter to 4 tablespoons. I don't have a bread maker, so I proofed the yeast with the warmed milk for 10 minutes. Add all the other ingredients and kneaded it by hand for about 7 minutes. Put in a greased bowl, covered with a towel and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place. Formed into rolls and let rise again for about an hour. Baked at 400 for 15 minutes. AWESOME!!! I make these at least 2 or 3 times a month now. Thanks for a great recipe!!!

Fettuccine Alfredo V
Loved it! It is very garlicky, but that's part of what I loved about it. If you aren't a garlic fan, just cut back -- it'll still be a great sauce. We added shredded chicken from the rotisserie chickens at the grocery store. Super easy and super yummy. Even the kids loved it. Thanks for the recipe.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
My 6-year-old daughter made this for Thanksgiving. It was a huge hit. 2 people even asked her to make another one for them.
