Caroline's Chocolate Fudge Frosting
Excellent. I used only half a cup of milk, as suggested, let it cool about an hour, and voila. There also was plenty for the filling (in addition to the top and sides).

Asian Barbequed Butterflied Leg of Lamb
Whatever you do, don't close the lid on your barbecue. My husband did, and we had charred, blackened, crunchy, well-done leg of lamb---and we'd been marinating it almost 3 days! What a bummer...
