I made this side dish to go with baked ham yesteday. The flavor was WONDERFUL and what a nice change from baked or mashed potatoes. I agree with another reviewer, the sauce did take some time to thicken but well worth the wait. I used 5 medium sized potatoes and the dish was very creamy.

Love, love, love this 'salad'. The salty pretzels, cream cheese with the sweet Cool Whip and the tart strawberries blend well together. The only thing I might do differently next time, is spray the dish with Pam prior to baking. Other than that, I'll make this again and again. The family loved it! Thanks for sharing!
