Cafe Latte
This my favorite at home coffee drink. I like to use strong hazelnut coffee and sprinkle a little cinnamon and nutmeg on top.

Quinoa with Mushrooms
As is, I gave this recipe 3 stars. It was a little too wet. Might use a variation of this recipe in the future...but probably will not cook it the same as it written again.

Quinoa and Black Beans
My only regret concerning this recipe is that I did not double it! My whole family liked it. I followed the recipe exactly as written. Did not, dare I say would not, change a thing!
