Asian Ginger Dressing
EXCELLENT! We used a little less water because our jar was too small, but it was still good. I'm not big on salads, but I could have eaten my weight in lettuce with this recipe.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
Awesome - best cauliflower I've ever had. Made this with a purple variety I found at the farmers' market - wish I had taken a picture; it was beautiful. I was too impatient to grate that much parmasan cheese, but added an extra sprinkle of shreadded sharp cheddar. It was so flavorful, it didn't even need it. Fabulous recipe.

Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff
My whole family thought this was great. At the end, I mixed the noodles into the sauce, and added some frozen peas and a splash of white wine. We may have gotten a little impatient and ate it too soon... the sauce that sat on the stove longer cooked down and stuck to the noodles better than the first helping we ate. My 2 year old and I both ate 3 helpings of this! Great recipe. I've always wondered how to make this without canned soup (yuck!).
