Garlic Red Potatoes
These were good but I thought the lemon flavor was overpowering. I will make them again but without the lemon. And they definitely have to be cooked longer than called for.

Buttery Corn Bread
I used this recipe because I didn't have all the ingredients on hand for the corn bread recipe I always use. I thought this had a good flavor but it was a little drier than I'm used to. It was definitely better than the box corn bread mixes though.

Saltine Toffee Cookies
This recipe was really easy and really good. I made several batches at Christmas time and will be making them again.
