Di's Delicious Deluxe Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2008
I had to double the recipe so I decided to try to add the mustard to one half as one of the reviewers suggested and in my opinion it ruined it... I am used to the taste of mustard based recipes but Di's is my choice from now on!!! My suggestion would be leave the recipe alone; Di got it right for you.

Diane's Colcannon

Very hearty and delicious... just like mom used to make. It is also good with Kale, if you like the stronger flavor of kale.

Walter's Chicken and Mac

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2007
Was looking for a different way for Mac & Cheese for work and this was a great one, everyone loved it. I doubled the recipe except for the mushrooms, used half of a roasted chicken from the night before and added cheese fried onions to the top during the last 10 minuites. Will be making this one again...

Authentic and good, like mine a little thinner so didn't add but a little bread and of course a couple extra cloves of garlic

Andalusian Gazpacho

Ok, not bad but not a Andalusian Gazpacho that I lived on for eleven Summers in Jerez, Andalusia. Cut the beans, juice and most of the spices and add a tall cold glass of Tinto Verano

Collard-Kielbasa Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2006
Loved the heartiness of this. Made a pot of it to take into work for a pot luck and it went quick, no leftovers to take home. I like my food a little on the spicy side so I added about 1/4 - 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes and cumin while sautéing the onion and bell pepper and also added some beef granules to another batch for added flavor. This recipe is great and easy to make and adjust to your taste buds and is also a winner for the crock pot.
