For me cooking is a hobby! I'm not an inventive type of person but I do like trying different recipes and adding my personal touches. I come from the Middle East and I love Middle Eastern foods; I love heart-warming, comforting meals, and I enjoy baking and making sweets. Arabic/Middle Eastern meals, sweets and any recipes with a good combination of flavors and ingredients! I also love BBQs and baking. In my family we love rice dishes, chicken and lots and lots of spices. There are many wonderful recipes that were passed on from grandparents and parents. When I cook many of those, I don't even measure the ingredients (especially spices), just toss it in and taste it!
