Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie
I made this pie for Easter Dinner. I followed the advice of others and used coconut milk. I also made my own topping. It was delicious. Everyone loved it. My son said it was the best he ever had! Thanks for a great recipe.

Alfredo Sauce
Everyone seemed to like this recipe. The only thing I did different was add fresh basil. The cheese took awhile to melt but you just have to be patient and keep stirring until it does melt. The end result was worth it.

Candied Cherry Hermits
These cookies are excellent. I used other candied fruits in them also. They are very moist and delicious.
