Zucchini Bread II
For some reason, my bread turned out dryer than I expected. Otherwise, it was an easy recipe and had a great taste.

This recipe was a little on the bland side. I will definitely try it again but with added spices and/or herbs.

Red Broccoli Salad
I am not a fan of raw broccoli, but this salad was so delicious. It is definitely a keeper.
