Penne with Chicken and Asparagus
It was a little bland. We did enjoy it, but had to continue seasoning after serving. I even marinated the chicken in balsamic dressing for about 2-3 hrs prior to sauteeing. Added red peppers and add'l garlic to the saute, too. In the broth, added frozen spinach and peas. Extra parm at end. Still, a bit bland. I suggest (and will try) including shallots or onions with the garlic next time.
