Creamy Rice Pudding
Great pudding... very easy. i did plump the raisins by soaking them in sherry. and i replace some of the milk with a cinnamon flavored international delight.

Apple Spice Cake
THIS CAKE GOT RAVE REVIEWS! I HAD TO MAKE IT TWO DAYS IN A ROW, SO THE SECOND DAY I PUT NUTS IN IT. THAT WAS GREAT TOO!
