Burrito Pie
I used crumbled tortilla chips in place since it was what I had on hand. I also used whole beans, just what I prefer. This was a great dish and seemed even tastier the next day. Next time I'll use ground turkey or shredded chicken as a variation.

Clone of a Cinnabon
I had a little trouble with my dough rising. My over was being used when I needed it to rise. It still tasted wonderful, but just not light and fluffy rolls. I will try again

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots
Served for x-mas dinner and I use my meat thermometer to determine the baking time. The roasted shallot sauce was wonderful. I will look for a less expensive cut of meat next time.
