As you may see, I chop my veggies fairly large (about 1"). In Israel many chefs take pride in how small and fine they can chop a salad (1/4" sometimes). The finer the salad, the easier it is for a pita stuffing along with felafels, shish kabaob, humous and tehina, etc.
