Cranberry Meatballs

Pizza Dough I
I think this recipe it great. Pizza dough always seems to fail me. This was a success on the first try. The only suggestion I followed was dissolving the yeast and sugar in 1 cup warm water.

Bacon Cheese Muffins
I omitted the sugar & milk, added more garlic, a teaspoon of onion powder, 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce and 1/4 of water. Next time I will add 1.5 cups applesauce (didn't have enough today) and omit the water. Muffins were moist and flavorful.
