Nauvoo Gingerbread Cookies
Absolutely Wonderful! I substituted shortening for lard. The dough was easy to make, rolled out well and I was even able to re-roll the leftover dough from the cut-outs. The amount of spice was perfect! I am going to make these every year!!!!

Golden Crescent Rolls
I followed the recipe exactly. I'm not sure why, but my dough never raised. I make homemade breads all the time and do not have this problem, but this dough was rather dense. It did not raise in the bowl (1 1/2 hours), in crescent form (1 hour) and hardly raised in the oven as well. The taste was good.

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll
I have tried to make pumpkin roll twice before and both times, the cake broke when I unrolled it. I decided to give it one more try with this recipe AND IT WORKED!!! If I can do it, so can you!!! Use this recipe and you will have wonderful pumpkin roll!!!
