YUM! This is a great recipe for a quick weeknight dinner. It was great warmed for leftovers too. I followed the recipe as printed, except I just pressed the biscuits into the pan (rolling seem like too much work). Will definitely make again and again.

The Best Steak Marinade

Quick and easy and oh so good! I left out the salt, but otherwise kept recipe as is. I only had an hour to marinate the steak, but still turned out fabulous. I even put some marinade aside and used it the next night to cook the leftover steak in for a Chicago Ceasar salad - FABULOUS!!

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

So easy and so yummy! I used fresh blueberries and following reviewers' recommendations about decreasing sugar and butter. We had friends over for a swim party, so I mixed all the dry ingredients earlier in the day and then right before dinner I added milk and vanilla and let it cook while we ate. Will definitely make this again.

Unbelievable Chicken

YUMMY - this recipe was perfect for a hot summer night's dinner. The bold mustard flavor blended well with the light citrus flavors. I will definitely be adding this to our "favorite" file.

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

Yummy - my whole family loved this recipe. I made it exactly as the recipe stated with no changes. We thought the carmelized pineapple really made the kebobs "pop" with flavor. Definitely will make this one again. Only change will be to precook the bacon so that it is more crispy.

Foolproof Rib Roast

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This is the best pumpkin bread recipe that I've ever made - even my family of non-pumpkin lovers liked this recipe a lot!! I made the substitution of cutting down on the fat and using applesauce as suggested - it was perfect and oh so moist! I will be making this for neighbor Christmas gifts this year.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Our entire family loved this recipe!! They all said it was the best meatloaf they had ever eaten. The only change I made was that I used seasoned bread crumbs rather than the crackers.
