I thought this was VERY easy and pretty good. Not FANTASTIC, but will make again. I did not have sour cream on hand, that may have given it the extra touch it needed.

Great way to make multiple sandwiches. Comes out dry, as others have said. I would prefer that over the soggy greasy ones anyway.

Buckeye Balls II

Very good. Definitely a dry crumb mixture, but roll it in your hands long enough and it will stick together. I used double the chocolate chips and added parrafin wax (1/4 block) to help it go a little farther. I covered the entire ball with chocolate. Great!

Great chicken salad! I couldn't believe how well the grapes tasted in it. I even used diced/sliced swiss because I had no shredded on hand. Can't wait to make it again.
