This was good. I followed the recipe exactly. Since it's not "soupy" it almost has a creamy texture the next day. So I think it will replace my previous creamy chicken noodle soup recipe because this one is healthier since it doesn't include whole milk. It was salty though, next time I won't add salt since the broth has so much.

I loved this recipe! And I finally got my meatloaf HATING husband to eat meatloaf and he liked it! The only changes I made was to substitute my Great Aunt Betty's italian spaghetti sauce for the ketchup. And then 10 minutes before it was done smothered the top of the loaf with more sauce and shredded mozzarella. It had a great consistency and flavor.

This was delicious and easy. I had never made carmel corn before and I was worried, but it turned out great. I used a big disposable aluminum Pasta Pan from the grocery store to cook it in and that made it very easy to handle large servings.
