Oat Whole Wheat Bread
This is my recipe...though named differently by the allrecipes crew. Just so you know...I always grind the oatmeal into a 'flour' before adding, there are no 'chunks' in this bread. Also, all recipes states this should be put into 2 loaf pans...not so. If you have used 2 cups of milk...then this should go in one large loaf pan. This big loaf really should be crusty on the outside and soft and moist on the inside.

Stuffed Peppers with Turkey and Vegetables
We liked the stuffing, especially nice for a gluten-free, diabetic family like mine... but the peppers were not cooked all the way...and after more cooking they were kind of tough. I have cooked stuffed bellpeppers covered in a microwave...I think I'll try this again but cook the dish in the micro.

Italian Sausage Soup
Wow! I wasn't expecting this to be that good. I didn't have italian sausage at home so used locker beef sausage and 1/2 of polska kielbasa. I never thought zucchini would be good in soup and I was really surprised to find I fished that out first with each bowl. I added 1 can chicken broth with the beef broth. My husband is diabetic so I never added any noodles/rice or such. This is a perfect, healthy, deliciously diabetic-friendly soup. I am making it again tonight!
