Easy Baklava
I have made this several times and it is so easy! I have used different nuts, (whatever was in the cupboard). It always comes out great. My husband loves this stuff!

Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder
This is a wonderful chowder recipe and I will use this many times. I did use 2% milk instead of the half/half. Like others suggested I increased the cumin to 2t. Because I like a thicker chowder I added some cornstarch. My husband loved this chowder!

Hot Bacon Dressing
This is a great dressing to put on a spinach salad. I agree with many that the sugar should be cut way back. I used 1/4 c sugar and 1/4 c "splenda" the second time I made this, and it was so much better! I'll use this dressing many times this summer, Thanks.
