Nana's Squash Casserole
Extremely good recipe! It was loved by all. It's definitely a keeper. Maybe use a little less to half the amount of butter. I doubled the recipe and I'm sure the small amount of leftovers will be gone lightning fast.

Candy Cane Chocolate Chunk Cookies
I am the author of this recipe and I had originally written one large bar of ghiradelli chocolate for the recipe - the really big bars. The 5 oz bar listed was not my intention so it definately has more flavor when you use more chocolate. It helps to use parchment paper to avoid the cookies sticking to the pan as well.

Cornish Splits
I invited my neighbors over for dinner and they raved about these rolls. I used 2 cups of white flour and one cup of mixed flours (wheat, millet, soy, barley, and spelt, a combo I mix myself). They tasted terrific and were even somewhat healthy!
