Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies
These cookies are amazing. Unfortunately, the dough is always very runny for me. I have to add quite a bit of flour until they become more like cookie dough. Always taste great though...

Sunshine Chicken
I made this for a dorm full of girls. It went over really well. I thought the chicken was a bit dry, but I also cooked it over night in a crockpot rather than frying which may have made the difference. I'll be making it for them again in the future.
