I'm a 26yr old bartender for two college bars in my town. I like flavorful foods, but hate fatty meat (tenderloins, not prime rib) and/or the weird piece of the chicken. I love cooking soups, fish, chicken etc. Pasta, pasta, pasta. I use my wok whenever i can...I can never find the the power cord :) My mom and sis, Jenn, are vegetarians which left my sis, Brooke, and I to fend as meateaters for ourselves. Soups and pastas are big in this family. Broiled Lemon Basil Swordfish with melted Pepper Jack over Mushroom Rice Pilaf and garnished with cherry tomatoes. Or my *no weird pieces* Chicken, Veggie and Rice Soup. Steaks. I cannot cook a steak to save my life. For some odd reason, I have trouble making really simple things too, like english muffin pizzas. Weird.
