Amish White Bread
Great recipe and easy for novice bread makers. I did take others advice and used my KA mixer with the dough hook- 5 min. on medium made great dough! Since others had said they made rolls, but left no directions, I looked at other recipes. I used a 9 inch pie plate, sprayed it with non stick spray. I cut the dough in half, using one half for bread and the other for rolls. I cut it into 12 equal pieces and rolled them up and put them in the pie plate. I baked them for about 18 minutes and they were great! Next time, it will be rolls only! Thanks for the great recipe!

Banana-Zucchini Bread
I subbed applesauce for the oil, halved the white sugar and left out the nuts and cranberries, as I was making these for breakfast for my one year old. I made them into mini muffins, which my little one loves- they are just her size and produce little waste. The mini muffins take about 15 minutes and the regular muffins (which I made for me!) take about 22. I always wonder about timing when I bake in another size pan, so I thought I would share. These were very yummy!

Baked Pork Chops I
Since I am pregnant, I left out the cooking wine and used chicken broth instead. I mixed up the sauce on the stove and added sauted onion and garlic. Also, I agree with other reviewers- the pork chops can go from brown to char in a quick moment- watch them carefully. Also, my pork chops only took about 40 minutes in the oven. Overall, good recipe.
