Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
OMG! I made this for Christmas eve and it was a huge hit! The key is to not over baking the salmon- WONDERFUL!

Grandmother Stougaard's Caramel Pecan Sweet Rolls
Good Rolls! I too didn't add the water in the caramel sauce and they turned out great! dough isn't hard to make either! Will make a double next time

Four Cheese Macaroni
This recipe was just what I was looking for. I did increase the amount of Velveeta to 16oz and also put two cups of half and half. I also had some breadcrumbs on hand so I add them to the top to make it sort crunchy and give it a nice topping. This was a sure hit in my house and I will for sure make it again!
