Shepherd's Pie III
I combined this recipe and Shepherd's Pie I to make it just how I like, but this one gave me some great ideas. Thanks!

Mexican Casserole
I found this to be a little dry. I might try adding more salsa as well as sour cream if I make again. It was super easy to make and carries Ok to a party (chips get a little soggy).

Spaghetti Chicken Casserole
Interesting, but not amazing. I liked the pimentos and the green peppers came out tender not mushy. I might make this occasionally.
