My only complaint on these is that you have to make a really big batch if I want to take them anywhere because I eat so many as they are cooling. We had some friends over and I was making these to take to work and had to restart and make another batch because our friends (and us, to be fair) kept eating them as we were catching up. These definately are close to Best Cookie Ever.

This recipe caught our eye, but the friends visiting us were vegetarian, so we made changes to this to accomodate them since we still wanted to try it. We got some fancy vegan sausage, but otherwise tried to keep things close. It really turned out super. While I can't wait to try this again with real sausage, it really turned out well with the vegetarian stuff as well.

I thought it turned out so-so. I liked it alright, but wasn't sure I'd make it again. Everyone else who tried it LOVED it, so I'm thinking I was just having an off day or something since outside of me the opinion was pretty unanimous. We'll definately try again since they liked it so much, and to give me another chance.
