This receipe caught my eye becasue I am from originally Maine. This will not disappoint. I only had two bread pans so I made the rest into muffins and I had to use real Pumpkin due to some leftovers after Thanksgiving and this was simply GREAT. It was easy to make and tasted great right out of the oven. I would'nt change a thing. I will be making this over and over again for sure.

good, easy to make, made it quik and last minute. Total time including backing about 45 minutes if chicken already thawed out.
