Yee haw, that is a good pie. Both my husband and I were a touch skeptical, but had no reason to be. I did read a few of the reviews (funny, I didn't make it through all 1,600 of them) and upped the sugars by a little, added cinnamon, cloves and all-spice, and reduced the water by a bit. Other than that, I followed it to a "t" and it was GREAT!!

After taking the first bite, my husband and I both looked and each other and kind of shrugged our shoulders. It was ok. By the end of the meal, though, we were scraping at the bottom of the pan. So good!!
