Stuffed Peppers My Way

Good, but needed to add an extra cup of water to cook the arborio rice all the way. Also the peppers didn't get as cooked as I like them to be after 400 degrees at 25 minutes. Typically, I cook them at 350 for 30 minutes.

Sugar Free Granola

I halved the recipe and it still made a lot. I had to bake it for 40 plus minutes and I had it on a large cookie to get it toasted. Really had no taste even with all the sugar. I would prefer a good old granola bar over this.

Heavenly Blueberry Smoothie

Awesome. I used frozen mango instead of banana and almond milk instead of soy. It didn't need the honey at all. Very enjoyable smoothie without all the seeds from berries.

Vegetable Cheese Bake

Wasn't what I was expecting. Not cheesy enough. We used fresh vegetables and it took about 30 minutes to cook without precooking them on the stovetop.
