I have a 3 year old son, a 2 year old daughter, and a husband. I am the only not-too-picky eater out of all of us! I love taking and editing pictures and also really like cooking. Enchiladas, broccoli casserole, cookies, bread, soup, Albondigas.. concoctions. There are a few recipes made in my family (green bean casserole, eggnog pie, tuna soft tacos, etc) that I've never had anywhere else.. eventually I'll get around to posting them. Apple-butterscotch cookies were my favorite! Could have just been that they fulfilled my pregnancy craving at the time though. Breadsticks. I was low on ingredients and decided to use bisquick for them.. i got the recipe from their website... big mistake! they were dry and tasteless, and greasy.. yuck!
