Slow Cooker Escalloped Chicken
I, too, cut the butter and liquid. The flavor was terrific. The texture of the stuffing was quite mushy though. So maybe try what the other person did and put the chicken in first and the stuffing in after a couple of hours???

Canned Apple Pie Filling
I had problems with the canning of this. I couldn't get all the air bubbles out and the headspace allotment still made the liquid ooze out. My syrup was really really thick. I am wondering if less cornstarch would be better as once I added it, a lot of the flavor went away.???????

This way way too sweet! The too high amount of sugar just about put me in a hyperglycemic shock state. It was also grainy.
