Shrimp Scampi Bake
we loved it. since it was just for 2 of us, i cut the entire recipe in half. Made exactly as directed, but had to use dried parsley instead of fresh. Husband HATES mustard of all kinds, but you couldnt tell it was in the dish at all. Used Grey Poupon. Served over angel hair pasta. I will absolutely make this again

Baked Brussels Sprouts
it was alright. had to use feta instead of blue cheese...probably would have preferred the blue cheese. no leftovers. cooked for longer than time indicated, despite halving the recipe. it went well with the main course of cornmeal-breaded white fish.

Lemon Cranberry Muffins
it was okay. id use it again as a base recipe, but id add a little spice or something to it (or use craisins). for us, the muffin part was plain with hunks of too tart cranberry, just not our flavor. but they made great moist muffins, so im willing to play around with it next time
