Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

This is the best recipe for shredded meat I have found. I buy a large chuck roast and use the meat for fajitas one night and then enchiladas the next... if there's any leftovers.

Spicy Turkey Burgers

I added a little too much soy sauce. Toherwise, I am going to sauteed some of the veggies before i add them to the burgers. Good recipe

AWESOME. I cut mine into smaller pieces and didnt use all the sauce. Turned out great. Sauce would also be good with salmon.

Honey Ginger Carrots

Awesome!! I am not a big fan of sweet carrots but I made them for my family sedar and my husnabdns easter dinner. Both times they were a hit. I even loved them. They melt in your mouth and are not too sweet. THis one will be a keeper for family meals.

Baked Apricot Chicken

Terrible!! I have made this before and used Russian Dressing and it wasnt this bad. The look of the chicken with taste made me think I was eating raw chicken... GROSS! I couldnt even finish the first bite. I threw it all away!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I am usually not a fan of pot roast but I made it for my husband. I thrilled with the outcome! The gravy was delicious and the meat was so tender. I added carrots, onions, and potatoes and the end result was even better than with meat alone. Will definitely be adding this to our regulars.

Playgroup Granola Bars

Great! At first the batter was a little too wet so I added more oats, flax seeds,and whote wheat flour. Since I dislike raisins, I substituted in Apricots and berries. AWESOME!
