I love to bake and my husband loves to cook. I'm very fortunate to be married to him because he likes to come home from work and cook dinner to de-stress from his day at work. He gets no argument from me. My favorite things to cook are desserts. Tasting them is the best part. We like to make a recipe we call "Homemade Noodles" which you would probably call Beef Tips and Noodles. This is a recipe from my grandmother who was of German descent. We make the noodles from scratch by rolling out dough and cutting them into thin strips to boil with the beef roast. Anything I can make that the family loves I consider a triumph.
