This was last nights dessert and it turned out great. I did modifiy it a bit, but went along the same lines as the original. I used dessert bowls to make them individuals. I used SF cheesecake flavored pudding, 1% milk and Lite whipped topping. My husband and son kept saying how great it was. It was a very nice change to our usual cake or ice cream desserts.

Wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I made this for myself last night because the family wanted fried catfish. I'm trying to change my diet so I opted out of the fried. I was very skeptical because I've only tried baked fish a few times in my life and I hated it. From the first bite, I loved this. I will now be making this a staple of mine. It's quick, easy and sooo good for you. Thanks.
