Angel Chicken Pasta
This recipe is fabulous!! One of my favs, I made a couple of changes after making it several times. I dice up Roma tomatoes, a bit of chives (instead of the cream cheese with chives, only because I grow herbs so its just as easy to run outside and chop)and mushrooms. The sauce is so good with the added veggies, you don't even need the chicken. Sometimes I make it with, sometimes without, depends on my mood. Try it, you will pass this recipe on, everyone loves it!

Wild Rice Chicken Bake
I have made this recipe but used cream of celery instead of mushroom, and french style frozen green beans for the veggie. The recipe I use also calls for 2 Tbsp. light mayo, which just gives it a little something different. In my opinion, the waterchestnuts are a must have, they give it a little crunch....so yummy. Definately a keeper.
