Asian Chicken Noodle Salad

This is now one of my regulars! Delicious, easy and light, it's a wonderful summer dish.

I love this recipe, as did my husband, 6 year old and my bookgroup (save for the people who do not like spam). I've used it as an appetiser and as a main meal (with seaweed salad as a side, mmmm!), and it was great for lunch the next day. The only changes I made were to use the rice preparation recipe on the sushi rice I got rather than the one that comes with the Spam Musubi recipe. Also note, my end result did not look nearly as pretty as the picture due to my troubles with the sticky rice, but I bet it tasted just as good!

Easy, Cheesy Zucchini Bake

This meal was super quick and easy to make. I stacked slices of zucchini instead of halving them and they cooked perfectly. I also used a lot of seasoning (onion powder and garlic herb mix from Costco)in the turkey. My husband and I enjoyed it and will most likely have it again. i think the next time I will use less sauce.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This recipe was ridiculously easy/quick and very yummy! I served with a side of pasta with white sauce and this was complimentary.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

This casserole was dry and lacking in flavor. If I were to do it again I'd mix instead of layer the ingredients and find something tastier than cream of mushroom soup.
