Savory Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

These were very good. As with most things the taste reflects the quality of the ingredients. I'd highly recommend using Gruyere (or similar cheese) instead of Monterey Jack and use real crab, not imitation.

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza

I enjoyed this pizza. The "crust" was a little strange since it tasted like white bread, of course. I didn't tell my wife about the crust until we were half way through dinner. She said she liked it more before she knew it was white bread, ha!

A Farewell to Basil Fettuccine

Very easy and tasty. It was my first attempt at making pasta at home and it went well. It was difficult for me to roll the pasta thin enough. If you have a pasta machine you will have no problems.

Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder

Probably the best soup/chowder I've ever had. We like things spicy so I added about 2 T of red pepper and 1/2 c salsa. We also added 2 tomatoes, 2 red potatoes sliced thin, and 1/2 c chopped cilantro since we like a chunkier chowder.
