Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
Very tasty and easy to make. The chicken was tender though I did have the cook it ten minutes longer than the recipe stated. Also, I used garlic cloves instead of powder with the butter and olive oil.

Apple Crisp II
I thought it turned out very yummy! I did follow others advice and doubled the crust. I also added more apples but did not increase the liquids. It was very flavorable and gave the taste of fall with every bite!
