Garlic Prime Rib
This roast turned out great, but I did scorch the garlic. Not sure if my oven is too hot or what. Guests loved it. My roast was 13 lb so I needed to cook it longer and used my thermometer alot to check when it was ready.

Classic Yorkshire Pudding
I had never had these before. My guests thought they were good but different than they expected. Needed something to give it a kick.
