Southern Banana Pudding
This is good, but to make a really southern treat, use Nutter Butter Cookies instead of vanilla wafers. This makes a Peanut Butter Banana Pudding! My friend's son eats a PB&B sandwich every day and he loves this version!!

Mexican Style Shredded Pork
Came out great!! Served with full Cinco de Mayo buffet. Most people put it over the yellow rice. Watch how much chile/adobo you add - can get very hot quickly.

Chocolate Spoons
Used this for Valentine's teacher gifts! We bought pink spoons from the party store & put them in heart print cello bags. Was a big hit.
