I just made these and they taste great. I cannot stress enough how right the reviewer was that said it is important to make sure your peanut butter balls are VERY cold and your chocolate VERY hot. It makes all the difference in the world in ease and appearance. Also, I did half of mine with a double boiler and half with my "Little Dipper" mini crock-pot --WOW!! I will be using the Little Dipper for all my future chocolate dipping needs! It is perfect for the job!

Used this recipe with amberjack (thought I had snapper on hand but was wrong). I didn't want the mess/smell in the kitchen, so we grilled it. For those who thought this was not flavorful enough, I wonder if they did not coat with the herb/spice mixture enough. I smothered the fillets in the spices, then we made a little tray out of foil for the grill and did just like the instructions say for the skillet. This was absolutely KILLER! Extremely flavorful and just the right combination of spices. Thank you for the recipe!

This is a delicious cake. The only thing I changed was substituting almond extract for rum, since I am not a big fan of rum cake. I can't wait for an excuse to make this cake again.

This was delicious. Very rich, of course, so it will feed a lot of people. The sauce is delicious. I made a double batch as some suggested, but had way more than was needed. Next time I will not double the sauce.

This is very good, but not as flavorful as I expected. I prefer the french dip recipe from this site.

Very tasty, but when you have fresh red snapper it seems a sin to overwhelm the perfect fish with such a flavorful sauce. This would be a good recipe for a less than "caught last night" fish.

This sounded like a quick, easy and fun meal so we tried it last night...a unanimous success!! I have to admit, I didn't really follow the recipe exactly, just the concept, but the pizzas were delicious and the kids had a lot of fun. We brushed ours with extra virgin olive oil first, before adding our toppings (did not pre-bake). I just set out all of the following toppings and let everyone add what they wanted: Ragu pizza sauce, pepporoni, ham, fresh mushrooms, fresh basil, roma tomatoes, spinach, mozarella cheese & oregano. Obviously, the sky is the limit. We decided this would be fun at a sleep over or party. We will definitely be doing this again and again. If you like a crispy crust, I do think I would pre-bake the pitas just briefly as others suggested. Thanks for the fantastic meal idea!

I made this last night at the last minute after arriving home with no plan for dinner. It was super easy, tasted wonderful and is healthy. What more can you ask for in a recipe. I made it exactly as directed, except I used the diced tomatoes already seasoned with basil, oregano and garlic, because that's all I had in the pantry. I still added the spices as the recipe says and it definitely was not too much. It was delicious and will be made many times again in my house. It is also very pretty and could easily be served to company.

This was my first attempt at homemade mac and cheese. Everyone declared it very, very good and definitely better than the box. I just hate that it has to be so unhealthy.

This is delicious! My only problem was that I think I put it in too small of a pan and it really did not heat as evenly as I would have liked. Be sure to put it in a dish with a little extra room in it. I will definitely make it again!

My husband came home from work with this recipe he had gotten from a friend. I am not a jalapeno eater myself, but he says they are great.

This is a delicious recipe. I usually try to review a recipe "as is," but I did do 2 things different. I prefer my chicken shredded, so I either boil it or cook it in the Crock Pot overnight, then shred it. The other difference is that instead of the jarred taco sauce, I made red enchilada sauce from another recipe on this site. They are delicious. I may make it with jarred taco sauce in the future if I have less time. I usually make a double batch and freeze half to have another ready-made meal for a busy night. Great recipe!

I use this sauce when making chicken enchiladas. It is very good.

OMG!! I made these cookies because of the comments of another reviewer who said her husband does not like peanut butter cookies, but he liked these. I love peanut butter cookies, but my husband does not, so...I thought, "Hmmm...I'll give it a try." I took one bite and almost died. My husband ate about 3 right out of the oven and another 3 later with a glass of milk. I don't think the batch will last over 24 hours! These are phenomenal!!

This is absolutely delicious and disappeared in less than 48 hours. Everyone was upset when they realized it was all gone already! The only comment I have is that I had to bake it for over 70 minutes and it still was not quite as done as it should have been. My oven is usually pretty accurate, too. Anyway, this is my new staple banana bread. Thanks for sharing!

This is very flavorful! I am giving it 5 stars, because I came home from work last night with no plan for dinner and was able to produce this lovely little dish from what I had in the pantry/freezer in less than 30 minutes. That's a 5 star recipe for me!

This a beautiful pie with a great flavor. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I'm not sure it is really that much better than a basic apple pie, considering the extra work involved.
