Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
It was great. Only differece is and extra 1/4 cup of flour. I kept everything else the same. They did not turn out flat. They were chewy and good.

Spring Lime Tea Cookies
These are good cookies. For a smoother texture I substituted 1/2 cup flour with 1/2 cup corn starch. I also made the glaze with icing sugar instead.

Fluffy Biscuits
This recipe turned out really good. I followed the recipe exactly as written except I used a food processor for mixing. They are really fluffy and light.
