I am a student of culinary who's been helped many times by this site. Breakfast, "lunchies", and dinners... as long as it's for someone else! If someday I can sharpen my artistic and precision skills, then maybe I can throw in "baking" as a favorite. The cooking traditions in my family is just to converse and share our skills. One helps the other to become that well-rounded cook in the family. Yah... I can't wait 'till I can master meat. For now, I buy what I can and do my best. Meat. I understand it... but I can't seem to win.
