Chocolate Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting

Now that I've made this 10 times or so, I ought to rate it. Wonderful, simple, hot, homemade chicken pot pie. My family loves it. I always add about half cup potatoes and whatever veggies I have around. Thanks for a great addition to my recipe box!

Sweet and Sour Pork III

I'm not sure how I went wrong with so many good reveiws, but this recipe to me was edible and that's about all! I found it very very sour and so did my husband. We were so looking forward to sweet and sour, but only found sour. Will not make again.

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

I have tried at least 10 different wheat bread recipes. This is now my favorite! I added 1 cup seeds,1/3 of each sunflower, millet and flax, Crunchy,light and delicious!!! Thanks!

Poblano Chile Enchiladas a la Gringa

this recipe was just what i was looking for! i used 6 or 7 chiles from my garden because they seem so much smaller than the ones i have bought from the store in the past. i didn't think it would be sooo spicy! but the flavour was still superb! gracias

Easy Granola Bars

sure got the name right on these. they are so easy for the great flavor. i didn't have quick oats, but i ground my oats just barely in my cofee grinder seemed to work great. only used 1/2 cup chocolate chips and that was more than enough. won't use my hands next time to mix, seemed there was more on my hands than in the bowl, sticky sticky!i look forward to using this recipe again,and experimenting with different dried fruits and nuts.
