Baked Potato Salad II
My mom has made this for me since I was a kid. I don't put olives in the recipe and I use Miracle Whip instead of mayonaise. My friend makes this recipe also and she leaves the skin on the cubed potatos. It is good that way as well.

Barbecue Beef Cups
I have made these for years and my friends and family often request them. Years ago when I found this recipe in a local cookbook the barbecue sauce it called for was Open Pit orginial. I have tried other BBQ sauces but love Open Pit the best. Also I add brown sugar to the mixture. YUM

Warm Crab Parmesan Dip
After reading all the reviews I took suggestions from other reviewwes. I added more crab, mixed the parmesaean and asiago cheese and threw in artichokes. Everytime I make it everyone raves about it.
