Mexican Wedding Cake

Wonderful cake. I added one cup of flaked coconut and it was great. Really moist and delicious. Nice that it was made without any oil.

This is a wonderful soup. I had a hard time finding frozen gnocchi but it was well worth looking for it. It is very rich and creamy. I did add 1 tsp of thyme for extra flavor as someone suggested and it was wonderful. Thanks for the great recipe.

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

Beefy Baked Ravioli

Loved this easy way to make ravioli that's as good as lasagna. I added a layer of ricotta cheese and used half cheese ravioli and half meat ravioli. Yum.....it's a winner in my house.

Buster Bar Ice Cream Dessert

I will never have to go to Dairy Queen again. This was a wonderful dessert that tastes just like A "Peanut Buster Parfait." It serves alot because it is so rich. I did add more ice cream to make the ice cream layer a little thicker. Thanks for the great recipe.

Hot Artichoke Dip with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

I have been making this for years. Here is a tip for the people who say it is too greasy. Make sure you bake it in the oven. If you Put it in the microwave or in a crock pot the grease does float on top. Bake in a pie plate at 350 until lightly browned and serve warm. It does make a big difference.

Poppy Seed Bread with Glaze

The bread was great but I had a hard time getting them out of the pans. Maybe I should have poured the glaze on after they were removed from the pans. Any suggestions on how long to leave them in the pans? I usually remove after 15 minutes. Thanks

Jalapeno Popper Spread

What a wonderful recipe. Taste great with Pita Chips. I put it in a casserole dish and sprinkled parm cheese and bread crumbs on top. Baked until bubbly and a little brown on top around 350 degrees. Thanks for the great recipe.

Broccoli and Sausage Cavatelli

Great recipe for a quick dinner. I used fresh chopped broccoli that I added to the boiling water 5 minutes before the pasta was done. Also, if you take one cup of the hot water from the pasta pot then add it to the remaining ingredients at the end it helps the pasta from getting a little on the dry side. The water soaks into the pasta with the other flavors and it keeps it tender. Thanks for the great recipe.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

This is a wonderful recipe. The Pork was so moist and delicious. I thickened the juices with a little flour to make a nice gravy and made garlic mashed potatoes to have a nice comfort meal. Thanks...

Grandmas Chicken Chardon
